Healing is a pyramid – the healthier you get, the fewer peers you seem to have.
That’s why Rikki and I are assembling some of our favorite humans who are stoked on learning, evolving, and living intentionally; friends who go inward, get uncomfortable, and take accountability; folks with lots of experience, ready to take stimulating conversations into deep waters.
A.R.T. is the place for that.
It’s not a masterclass, webinar series, or mastermind group designed to triple your productivity or 10x your income. We are not selling information or results. No replays, transcripts, bonus material, or special offers.
This is for people who have done a mountain of healing work already and are looking for a lovely community to process, integrate, and walk with – a rare relational ecosystem you won’t easily find anywhere else in the world.
Our goal is to nurture a live relational space where you feel safe enough to be authentic, seen enough to soften, challenged enough to grow, and connected enough to know you’re not alone on this journey.
In other words, to satisfy many of your social, emotional, and spiritual needs on an ongoing basis in a world that is increasingly ill-equipped to do so.
All members are invited to join a WhatsApp group chat to stay connected between meetings, share resources, reflections, encouragement, and ongoing conversation.
July will be a five-week founding circle. If the vibes feel as good as we anticipate, we’ll discuss an ongoing membership community at a monthly or annual rate that feels right for everyone. You are not subscribing to anything ongoing by joining this first cohort.
Yes, Rikki and I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, but we are not teaching a curriculum. Although we may speak in the parlance of…
• Nonviolent Communication
• Internal Family Systems
• Cognitive and Somatic Therapies
• Attachment Theory
• Trauma and Healing
… we’re not here to collect concepts; we’re here to metabolize them. We’re more interested in applying them in our lives and sharing our experiences, struggles, triumphs, questions, and passions with people on a similar path. People who get it. People who speak the same language.
Rikki and I will start each meeting with a story, teaching, reflection, or prompt of some sort, then we’ll open the room for 60 minutes of facilitated group discussion. We wanna hear how other thoughtful humans are applying these ideas in their relationships, bodies, families, friendships, breakups, marriages, parenting, dating, healing, and everyday lives.
A.R.T. is very much about community and connection. If you’re reading this page, it’s because I (or Rikki) know you personally and thought you would be great for this group. It is not open to the public. There will be no randos, tire-kickers, or lookie-loos. Only folks we can vouch for.
I’ve always wanted to create an engaging relational space where you don’t have to dumb yourself down, tiptoe around the truth, or explain basic relational concepts to folks who are hearing it from you for the very first time. A space where you also don’t have to awkwardly navigate judgment, pity, unsolicited advice, mansplaining, you-statements, spiritual bypassing, and various empathic misses.
Just brave, beautiful, emotionally intelligent human beings telling the truth, sharing their experiences, laughing, crying, relating, and remembering that healing was never meant to be a solo mission.
Now we just need a time and place to do it…
